Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Finance Manager, GTN Copay, to lead accounting, analysis, reporting, and controls for copay and coupon activities. You will own P&L and balance sheet responsibilities, ensuring accurate transactions and GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review GTN journal entries including accruals and reconciliations.
• Improve process efficiency, including SAP data-load automation for coupons.
• Maintain and reconcile coupon-related balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
• Analyze GTN drivers and trends; support discussions with one-page coupon summaries.
• Lead reviews of coupon base and pipeline estimates with Price Forecasting to improve accuracy.
• Design and document coupon-related SOX controls and monitor effectiveness.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide analyses and documentation for GTN accounts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (CoE, Pricing, Systems) to ensure GTN process integrity.
