Friendly Chevrolet in Fridley, MN seeks an experienced Finance Manager to support the sales team and manage lender relationships. Expect handling 50-70 deals per month with room to grow in a full-time, in-person role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership finance experience required.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Excellent relationship-building with customers and lenders.
• Familiarity with DMV requirements and financing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Present finance and insurance products to customers using a professional menu presentation.
• Build customer relationships that turn into referrals.
• Prepare and submit accurate contracts and title paperwork so deals fund quickly.
• Work with sales managers to structure deals, including desking and taking T.O.'s when needed.
• Coach and mentor finance staff to reach top-of-market PVR.
• Strengthen relationships with lenders, reduce CIT errors, and keep a good reputation with banks and manufacturer reps.
• Partner with service advisors when handling warranty questions.
• Ensure every deal complies with local and national regulations.
• Meet monthly performance objectives.
