Yulista Holding LLC is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee accounting, budgeting and complex financial analyses. You will forecast revenue and profit at both project and company levels, analyze variances, and support executive reviews with project metrics. The role requires DCAA familiarity, FAR/CAS knowledge, and strong data skills.

The position involves close interaction with multiple departments, monthly reviews, and policy development to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• Experience with government contracting and DCAA compliance.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and CAS.
• Experience with CAS 403, 410, 418.

Responsabilités

• Forecast revenue and profit at the project and company level.
• Analyze budget variances and report to project/company managers.
• Assist executives with subsidiary business reviews reporting project financial metrics.
• Perform Net Present Value and ROI analyses; break-even analysis.
• Manage financial reporting and lead monthly financial reviews.
• Develop and implement EAC/ETC policies and procedures.
• Monitor indirect rates and assist with provisional billing rate requests.
• Interface with corporate accounting and DCAA during audits; ensure compliance with DAR, FAR, SBA.
• Learn new accounting systems and extract data from various tools.
