We seek a Senior Financial Analyst to thrive in a start-up style environment, shaping FP&A for manufacturing and satellite initiatives.

You will partner with manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams, drive data-driven insights, and support SAP month-end close while scaling financial processes across Leo operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or financial planning experience in manufacturing or tech.
• Strong financial modeling and data storytelling.
• Experience with SAP month-end close and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create effective partnerships with manufacturing teams, provide financial guidance based on data analysis.
• Present financial summaries and business insights to Senior Management (Business and Finance).
• Support SAP month-end close activities through system validation and data reconciliation.
