CoreCard, part of Euronet Worldwide, seeks a Finance Manager in Atlanta to lead day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations for the local team. This role drives close, budgeting, forecasting and reporting under U.S. GAAP and SOX.

You will build the finance function, strengthen internal controls, and partner with executives to deliver accurate financial insights and scalable processes. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 4+ years in a management role.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, reporting, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial modeling.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Atlanta finance and accounting team, including workload allocation, deadlines, review processes and issue resolution.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual close activities, ensuring financial statements and schedules are accurate and delivered on time.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, variance analyses and other financial reporting prepared by the team.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning by gathering information and coordinating with department leaders.
• Prepare and present financial results, budget-to-actual variances and KPIs to finance leadership and business partners.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure daily processes comply with SOX and audit standards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and capital expenditures, escalating variances to leadership.
• Coordinate information requested by auditors, tax advisors and regulators.
• Maintain finance systems, reporting tools and SOPs to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
• Supervise, coach and develop finance team members with regular feedback.
• Partner with leadership on special projects and financial analysis.
