Job summary

Cardlytics is seeking a Financial Reporting & Systems Manager to join our Finance team in Atlanta, reporting to the VP, Controller. This role maintains audit-ready financial reporting, oversees systems like Coupa, NetSuite, and Workiva, and drives process improvements across finance operations.

You will lead regulatory filings, equity reporting, and system upgrades, partnering with cross-functional teams while mentoring staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 4-7+ years in financial reporting and systems management, preferably in a public company.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, SOX, and public company reporting.
• Strong knowledge of finance systems and Excel; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and regulatory filings with proper segregation.
• Assist with equity filings (Form 3/4) and proxy reporting as required.
• Own finance systems (Coupa, NetSuite, BlackLine, Workiva, Floqast) and manage upgrades.
• Implement new accounting standards and provide research support for complex transactions.
• Lead process improvements, enhance workflows, and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal/external audit teams and IT to resolve issues.
• Develop and mentor team members and manage multiple priorities.
