Job summary

Fluid Motion, LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting and finance operations, including month-end close, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The role partners with leadership to inform strategy and manage capital projects, inventory costs, and tax filings.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in accounting/finance, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with BI tools and ERP systems; CPA and advanced degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Master’s degree preferred; CPA designation preferred.
• 8–10 years progressive accounting/finance experience, with supervisory/management exposure.
• Advanced MS Office skills; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and financial statement prep for GAAP compliance.
• Manage A/P and A/R, daily cash reconciliations, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Lead inventory analysis including material costs, purchases, and labor.
• Develop long-range financial plans and ROI analyses for capital projects.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare year-end support.
