Job summary

Vika Talent Solutions in Wisconsin seeks a hands-on Senior Accountant/Finance Lead to manage Staff and Senior Accountants, oversee close cycles, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will develop KPI dashboards, partner with business leaders, and drive FP&A, process improvements, and internal controls to support manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• 3+ years of team leadership or management experience.
• Manufacturing accounting/finance experience strongly preferred.
• Multi-entity and foreign currency reporting experience preferred.
• Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and business partnering skills.
• Advanced Excel skills,Pivot tables, Power Query/Power Pivot, lookups, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365, Management Reporter, or similar ERP/reporting tools is a plus.
