Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of finance/FP&A experience in professional services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data analytics proficiency.
• Experience leading or supervising analysts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily finance operations and reporting for the firm and practice groups.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, and variance analyses.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership discussions and strategy reviews.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and multi-period outlooks with collaboration across IT and Accounting.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
