The role requires extensive FP&A experience in a professional services environment, strong SQL/BI skills, and a collaboration mindset to partner with Accounting, IT, and firm leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading or supervising analysts or similar staff.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, internal reporting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team’s daily operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with accuracy and integrity.
• Develop tools and dashboards to improve visibility into key metrics for firm and offices.
• Coordinate annual budgets, reforecasts, and multi‑period outlooks with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide coaching and development to Senior Analysts and Coordinators.
