Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance team, drive budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reporting across the firm. You will oversee internal financial reporting for offices and practice groups, develop tools and dashboards, and champion process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires eight+ years in finance/FP&A, strong leadership, and expert proficiency in Excel, ERP/GL, and BI tools.

Qualifications

Minimum eight years in finance, FP&A or related analytics roles, preferably in professional services.
Proven leadership of analysts or similar staff.
Strong proficiency in financial analysis, variance analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead daily finance operations and reporting for firm, offices, and practice groups.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and financial models to support leadership decisions.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and multi-period outlooks with data-driven insights.
Mentor and coach finance team members; drive process improvements and automation.
Ensure data integrity and collaboration across Accounting and IT for reliable reporting.
