Joko, a Paris-born AI-first shopping tech company, is building its FP&A function as it scales globally. As Finance Manager, FP&A, you will own budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning, partnering with operational teams to ground every decision in solid financial thinking.

You’ll shape the 5-year model across geographies, automate reporting with BizOps, and support fundraising and board reporting while enabling strategic business partners through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in corporate finance or related high-growth tech environments.
• Master's degree from a top business or engineering school.
• Strategic thinker able to link financial analysis to business decisions.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills for revenue, CAC, and cost modeling.
• Solid finance and accounting grounding: P&L, cash flow, unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own the budget and forecast process: budget, re-forecast, and long-term business plan including scenario planning.
• Partner with budget owners: revenue, marketing, and cost centre leads — challenging performance and co-owning corrective actions.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities: work with Procurement to spot savings.
• Ground OKRs in financial reality: ensure OKRs are financially grounded and cascade into operational objectives.
• Contribute to the group's 5-year financial model across geographies and business lines.
• Drive automation of reporting and forecasting, working with BizOps.
• Support fundraising rounds and board/shareholder reporting.
