Job summary

Joko is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A to own forward-looking budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning, partnering with operational teams to ground decisions in solid financial thinking.

You will challenge assumptions, drive a scalable five-year financial model across geographies, and partner with procurement, revenue, and cost centers to enable data-driven growth, including support for fundraising rounds.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related areas.
• Master's degree from a top business or engineering school.
• Strategic mindset with ability to partner with business and challenge stakeholders with data.
• Strong analytical and bottom-up cost modeling skills.
• Solid grounding in P&L, cash flow, and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own the budget and forecast process for your scope, including long-term planning and scenario analysis.
• Partner with revenue, marketing, and cost-center leads as the go-to financial interlocutor.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities with Procurement.
• Ground OKRs in financial reality and align with operational objectives.
• Contribute to the group's 5-year financial model across geographies and business lines.
• Drive automation of reporting and forecasting in collaboration with BizOps.
• Support fundraising rounds and board/shareholder reporting.
