Jobot is seeking a remote FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team on a permanent basis. You will lead financial planning, modeling, and decision-support for senior executives and strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold an MBA, have 2+ years in FP&A, and are proficient with advanced Excel and PowerBI, ERP systems, and monthly reporting. This remote role offers growth and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in FP&A or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills and modeling.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and GL management.
• Experience with P&L, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience in data mining and financial analysis.
• Ability to create long-range financial forecasts.
• Experience in monthly reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, to support decision-making.
• Leverage advanced Excel to build complex models.
• Use data mining to extract and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, ad hoc reports, and long-range forecasts.
• Maintain and manage the general ledger with accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze P&L statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate reporting.
• Utilize PowerBI to create dashboards and visualizations.
• Manage ERP data integrity and accuracy.
