Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Financial Analyst II to own program and IRAD financial management, along with P&L forecasting across a portfolio of contracts and internally funded efforts. You will partner with program management and leadership to explain performance, deliver monthly reporting, and support month-end close with accounting and cross-functional teams.

With 2–5 years’ experience in finance and a Bachelor's in a related field, you will build dashboards in FP&A/BI tools,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a finance/accounting role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Working knowledge of BAC, EAC, and ETC management.

Responsibilities

• Own rolling monthly forecasts with engineering stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain EAC forecasts and ETC integrity.
• Analyze contract margins and support P&L forecasting by contract.
• Own IRAD financial management and budget tracking.
• Deliver monthly management reporting and variance analyses.
• Support month-end close with accounting and stakeholders.
• Build reports and dashboards in FP&A and BI tools.
• Assist in long-range planning and pricing activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools and processes.
• Provide ad hoc support and special projects.
