Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A for Platform, owning the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and business reviews. You will partner with Platform leadership, including the CTO, to guide OpEx decisions as the company scales.

In this role you will build and maintain financial models, perform variance analysis, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, while advancing AI-assisted workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience managing large OpEx budgets across cost centers.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear analyses.
• Proficient in SQL and financial modeling; familiarity with planning tools and data viz.
• Experience using AI copilots in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, reporting, and analysis for your business partners.
• Drive month-end close and variance analysis with Accounting.
• Identify trends and opportunities and explain the 'why' behind numbers.
• Partner with Platform leadership and present analysis with clear recommendations.
• Build financial models quantifying risks, opportunities, and investments.
