Job summary

gFiber is seeking a Finance Manager to drive FP&A excellence and partner with Executive Leadership to model business scenarios and inform pricing, product launches, and channel strategy. This full-time position offers a US base salary with competitive bonus and benefits.

You will lead forecasts, manage month-end closes, develop KPIs, and build financial models to support operational decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or equivalent.
• 7 years of FP&A, investment banking, or consulting experience.
• 5 years building financial and business models for product/financial strategies.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop forecasts and business plans.
• Manage month-end close and ensure accuracy of monthly financials.
• Deliver monthly insights on financial performance with KPIs.
• Develop financial models to assess scenarios and deals.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and reprioritize demands aligned with priorities.
