Job summary

gFiber in Austin, TX is seeking a Finance Manager to drive financial analysis and FP&A processes in collaboration with executive leadership. You will model business scenarios, inform pricing, product launches, and marketing efficiency to support fiber deployment strategies.

This role partners with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts, manage month-end close, deliver KPIs, and build financial models. A strong analytical mindset and experience presenting to executives are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of FP&A and/or Investment Banking/management consulting experience.
• 5 years building financial and business models focused on product and financial strategies.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts and business plans with executive teams to optimize resources.
• Execute FP&A duties including month-end close with accounting partners.
• Deliver monthly FP&A insights and KPI reporting to leadership.
• Build financial models to assess scenarios and commercial deals.
• Exercise sound judgment to re-prioritize requests per priorities.
