Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Finance Manager to join Corporate Accounting and Finance. This role owns fixed asset accounting and FP&A, balancing depreciation, asset tracking, and capitalized construction interest with forward-looking budgeting to support growth.

Responsibilities include managing fixed asset records, supporting a new facility build-out, and guiding the ERP transition to improve consistency and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business administration.
• 5+ years in accounting/FP&A with fixed asset experience.
• GAAP knowledge and ERP experience (Acumatica preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and asset tracking.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes for the company.
• Support ERP transition and provide actionable financial reporting.
