The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of timely, accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, budget preparation by location, and collaboration with audit teams.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas and Power BI.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Month-End Close: analyze P&L and balance sheet vs prior months and budget.
• Prepare journal entries with supporting documentation and monthly checklists.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations, accruals, and inventory reconciliations.
• Assist with audit documentation, tax filings, and budgets by location.
• Provide cash flow analysis, payroll postings, and other GL reporting improvements.
