The ideal candidate will have extensive U.S. GAAP knowledge, audit experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel to support accurate financial statements and consolidation across entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures.
• Experience preparing audit schedules and workpapers.
• Experience with external auditors during reviews or audits.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Strong GL, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial statement prep.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GAAP-compliant financial reporting and close processes.
• Prepare audit documentation, schedules, and workpapers for external auditors.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close; ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare journals, reconciliations, accruals, and close-related calculations.
• Support financial consolidation across multiple entities and intercompany eliminations.
• Collaborate with external auditors to respond to requests with supporting docs.
