Job summary

Greenfield Milling seeks a Finance Manager to own fixed assets and FP&A in a growing manufacturing setting. You will manage depreciation, asset tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and provide actionable financial insights to support scale.

This role requires GAAP expertise, experience with Acumatica (preferred), and adaptability in a fast-moving environment across MST/MTZ time zones. You will collaborate with leadership to drive financial planning as the company expands its footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including fixed asset accounting and FP&A.
• Experience with GAAP treatment of capitalized construction interest.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Ownership mentality, self-directed, accountable, in a fast-moving environment.
• Central, Mountain time or Eastern time zone availability.
• Manufacturing industry background.
• Experience with commodity, futures, or hedging accounting.
• Acumatica experience (highly preferred).
• Preference for ingredient commodities or food manufacturing experience.
• Manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Fixed Asset Accounting: manage fixed asset accounting for new and existing assets, including depreciation and asset tracking.
• FP&A: own budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Technology & Process: support transition to a new ERP system and streamline fixed assets and FP&A processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes as the finance function matures.
• Deliver clear, actionable reporting to support business decisions.

The Finance Manager will be part of our Corporate Accounting and Finance team. This individual will have financial analysis and forecasting experience to help us with accuracy and positive outcomes supporting our continued growth. This is a dual-scope role for someone who wants to own both fixed assets and forward-looking financial planning for a growing manufacturing company. If you're comfortable managing complexity across two disciplines and energized by building processes rather than just running them, this role is built for you.
