Greenfield Milling is seeking a Finance Manager - FP&A to join our Logan, UT team. This dual-scope role covers fixed asset accounting and forward-looking FP&A, with ownership of budget creation, forecasting, and reporting to leadership for strategic decisions.

The position supports a manufacturing environment and involves ERP transition work, with a focus on building scalable processes and reliable financial insights for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including fixed asset accounting and FP&A.
• Experience with GAAP treatment of capitalized construction interest.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Manufacturing industry background required.
• Acumatica experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation and asset tracking.
• Support capitalized construction costs and lease-back tracking.
• Ensure fixed asset records are accurate and audit-ready.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial planning insights to support growth.
• Deliver actionable reporting for business decisions.
• Assist transition to a new ERP system and streamline FP&A processes.
