CityPickle is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial records and HR-related tasks, including monthly close, profitability analysis, and payroll coordination with an external provider. The role supports growth of Boca Paddle by CityPickle, a premier pickleball and lifestyle destination in Boca Raton.

The candidate will ensure accurate accounting, timely reporting, and compliance across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in startup or hospitality.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience with payroll, AP, and financial reporting processes.

Responsabilités

• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial data.
• Track and reconcile daily revenue across systems (PodPlay, Shopify, Tripleseat, etc.).
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial adjustments.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Process and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
