Job summary

Rowdy, part of Medici Brands, seeks a Finance Manager to drive forecasting, pricing, budgeting, and pricing architecture across channels. You will translate POS and shopper insights into recommendations guiding trade spend and retailer strategy while maintaining strong unit economics.

The role requires 5+ years in finance, strong Excel modeling skills, and a collaborative mindset to influence decisions with data.

Qualifications

5+ years in FP&A, operational finance, or related.
CPG or inventory-based experience is a plus.
Expert Excel and financial modeling.
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
Strong business judgment and cross-functional collaboration.
Detail-oriented with ownership and curiosity.
Desire to help build an early-stage CPG company.
In-office role based in New York City.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain retailer-level and product-level demand models with Retail and Marketing.
Support P&L budgeting and forecasting with profitability analysis by retailer, product, and SKU.
Determine optimal pricing across channels, retailers, products and pack sizes.
Evaluate trade spend architecture and promotions for high-return investments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface opportunities across Supply Chain, Retail, and Marketing.
