Rowdy in New York City is seeking a Finance Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and profitability analyses in a fast-growing snacks business.

You will build demand and profitability models, analyze trade spend, collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and Supply Chain, and help shape pricing across channels while maintaining strong unit economics.

This is an in-office, full-time role with equity options, comprehensive health coverage, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operational finance, FP&A, or related field.
• Expert Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly.
• Strong business judgment with cross-functional partnering experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting, and pricing to drive unit economics across channels.
• Develop demand models and translate POS/shopper insights into action.
• Support P&L analysis by retailer, product, and SKU.
• Evaluate trade spend and promotional performance for high ROI.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Retail, and Marketing to surface opportunities.
