Rowdy is seeking a Finance Manager in New York City to lead forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and demand modeling for a fast-growing snack brand. You will translate POS and shopper insights into actionable recommendations that drive trade spend, retail strategy, and resource allocation, ensuring strong unit economics across channels.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operational finance or FP&A, with CPG or inventory-based experience, and strong Excel/modeling skills.

Formación

• 5+ years in operational finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking.
• CPG and/or inventory-based business experience a plus
• Expert Excel and financial modeling skills
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights
• Strong business judgement and cross-functional partnering

Responsabilidades

• Forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy, and demand modeling.
• Translate POS data into profitability analyses by retailer/product/SKU
• Determine pricing across channels and pack sizes
• Assess trade spend architecture and promotional performance
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Retail, and Marketing to surface opportunities
