Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a senior finance professional in New York to lead forecasting, budgeting and P&L analysis across the organization. The role partners with accounting to close month-end, track dilution and operating expenses, and review results with senior leadership.

Requirements include a BA/BS in Finance or Accounting, 8+ years in corporate finance or FP&A, experience in fashion/consumer products, strong Excel and SAP/BPC skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years professional experience in corporate finance, accounting or FP&A.
• Fashion or consumer products industry experience in Wholesale is strongly preferred; inventory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain forecasting/budgeting P&L and balance sheet models; develop ad hoc financial models.
• Identify, track and analyze key metrics that impact the business.
• Manage trends, opportunities, and risks to inform management decisions.
• Partner with accounting to complete the month end close, closely managing dilution and operating expenses.
• Review monthly P&L results with senior leadership.
• Reconcile variances versus budget and prior year.
• Partner with finance & cross-functional teams to align priorities and direction.
• Identify and act on opportunities to automate, streamline and improve reporting, budgeting and processes.
• Support day-to-day operations with various finance functions.
• Assist in cost/benefit analysis of new initiatives.
• Assist in preparation of monthly management presentations/reporting packages.
• Ad-hoc analyses as needed.
