Rowdy is seeking a Finance Manager in New York City to lead forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and demand modeling for a fast-growing snack brand. You will translate POS and shopper insights into actionable recommendations that drive trade spend, retail strategy, and resource allocation, ensuring strong unit economics across channels.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operational finance or FP&A, with CPG or inventory-based experience, and strong Excel/modeling skills.
Rowdy is building the next generation of salty snacks. Our mission is simple: deliver all the bold flavor and craveability consumers expect from their favorite snacks, with significantly fewer calories and without compromising on taste.
Our belief is simple: fewer calories shouldn't mean less flavor, less fun, or a product that feels like a compromise. Rowdy is rethinking the salty snack category by creating products that deliver on everything consumers love, with dramatically better nutritional profiles.
Rowdy is part of Medici Brands, the consumer food platform behind David, HallPass, Epogee, and other emerging brands. Led by CEO Peter Rahal, Co-founder and Former CEO of RXBAR, Medici recently raised a $250 million Series B at a $2.25 billion valuation.
This is a rare opportunity to help build a new consumer brand from the ground up, shaping its products, identity, and growth as Rowdy sets out to redefine one of the largest categories in snacking.
As a Finance Manager, you will focus on forecasting, go-to-market strategy, budgeting, and pricing - developing demand models, shaping key financial assumptions, and determining optimal price and product architecture. You’ll also translate POS and shopper insights into recommendations that guide trade spend, retail strategy, and resource allocation to prioritize high-ROI opportunities and maintain strong unit economics across channels.
