Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Finance Manager for the Tolling Operations Team in Concord, NH. You will lead accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits, ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls for the project.

You will supervise a small accounting staff and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and auditors to drive process improvements and efficiency. This role is full-time and based in Concord.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• A CPA license is required and must be maintained.
• Minimum seven years of accounting/finance experience with GAAP-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial management processes.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific financial accounting, reconciliation, auditing, and reporting requirements.
• Serve as the dedicated financial lead for the project, overseeing controls, reports, and audits.
