Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. seeks a Finance Manager to join its Finance team in Chesterfield, MO. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of industry experience and strong expertise in construction accounting, project costing, and financial reporting.

You will lead and optimize monthly closes, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, partnering with project managers and operations to drive performance and compliance across the subsidiary. A CPA/CMA/MBA is preferred, with Vista Viewpoint experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably within construction, engineering, EPC, or project-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, job costing, revenue recognition, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience partnering with operations and project management teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or heavy civil construction projects.
• Knowledge of percentage-of-completion accounting and project controls.
• Experience managing subsidiary/division financial operations.
• Experience with Vista Viewpoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the subsidiary/division.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Partner with project managers and operations teams to monitor project financial performance.
• Review job cost reports, earned revenue, WIP schedules, change orders, and project forecasts.
• Support risk identification and mitigation related to contracts, billing, collections, and project execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to subsidiary/division leadership on financial and operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax regulations, audit requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support regulatory reporting requirements.
