Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Capacity Finance team. You will support the Director of Capacity Finance in preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial and operational information to increase transparency and drive proactive planning.

You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders and interact with executives such as CFO/COO to guide decisions and optimize fleet economics across data center hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM (MBA/MS preferred).
• 5–7+ years FP&A or related experience.
• Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with complex models.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; exec-level interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support demand planning within FP&A and drive process improvement.
• Drive forecasting analytics including model structuring and dashboards.
• Own infrastructure reporting and multiregional capex models and unit economics.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to track and forecast KPIs.
• Generate monthly/quarterly/annual reports and KPI analyses for leadership.
• Support Fixed Asset Accounting improvements in processes.
