Job summary

Meta seeks a Finance Manager for Data Center Finance & Business Planning to partner with Data Center teams, drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for multi-billion-dollar investments. You will present analyses to senior leadership and advance automated controls across CapEx, OpEx, and headcount.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and deep understanding of infrastructure markets in Meta's global data center footprint.

Qualifications

• Understanding of infrastructure, semiconductor, telecom and/or related markets.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships with senior leadership.
• Analytical skills to translate large data into actionable insights.
• Communication skills to tailor messaging for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary finance advisor for multiple groups overseeing data center strategy over 10 years.
• Partner with business to build cost-effective, schedule-optimized data center projects.
• Perform analyses for ad hoc decisions, create TCO frameworks, review financial metrics.
• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning (CapEx, OpEx, headcount).
• Drive reporting on financial performance and key metrics; explain variances to leadership.
• Prepare financial analyses, commentary, and materials for finance leadership, including CFO.
• Lead initiatives to automate Meta's financial controls and operations.
