CoreWeave is hiring a Manager of CPU Product Finance to partner with product and engineering, lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis for the CPU portfolio. You will report to senior leadership, shape long-range plans, and influence pricing, capacity decisions, and launches.

The role combines financial reporting, strategic decision support, and risk management to support growth across CoreWeave's CPU initiatives and ensure robust financial controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within cloud.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A processes for the CPU product organization, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Financial reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic partnership: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to provide impact analysis of key decisions, tradeoffs, and product strategy.
• Risk management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the proper financial controls on all CPU investments.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including capacity, infrastructure, and operations to support overall business goals.
