Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Capacity Finance team. The role supports the Director of Capacity Finance in preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial and operational information to increase transparency and drive proactive business planning.

You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels, including CFO/COO, and be responsible for forecasting, KPIs, and financial reporting across a large computing assets fleet.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or similar roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders.
• GAAP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support demand planning within FP&A and drive process refinement.
• Drive forecasting analytics, model and data structure optimization, and dashboards.
• Own infrastructure reporting incl. multiregional CAPEX models and unit economics.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to track KPIs.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Assist Fixed Asset Accounting with process improvements.
