Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Manager of CPU Product Finance to partner with Product and Engineering, leading forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for the CPU organization. You will steer financial reporting, risk management, and cross-functional strategy to enable product growth.

Ideal candidates have senior finance leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams within cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Senior financial leadership experience, preferably in cloud.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes for the CPU product organization, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Financial reporting: prepare and present reports to senior management with accuracy and compliance.
• Strategic partnership: collaborate with product and engineering leadership on impact analysis and strategy.
• Risk management: identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration with capacity, infrastructure, and operations to support goals.
