Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and KPIs.
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close activities with the accounting team.
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support audit requests and provide required financial documentation.
• Manage and mentor finance and accounting staff as assigned.
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
• Assist with special projects, acquisitions, system implementations, and strategic planning initiatives.
