Performance Luxury Sport is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to guide customers through financing and final purchase, explaining options and ensuring a smooth transaction.

You will collaborate with sales, lending partners, and accounting to finalize accurate financing documents and deliver an elevated customer experience. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of automotive finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, and products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle cash and finance transactions from start to finish.
• Guide customers through available financing, protection products, and insurance options.
• Present finance and protection products clearly, professionally, and accurately.
• Work with lending partners to secure competitive financing options for customers.
• Prepare, review, and complete all required finance and purchase documentation accurately.
• Ensure all transactions comply with applicable company policies and federal and state requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships and communication with lending partners.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, lenders, and accounting department.
• Assist the sales team in identifying financing options that best fit each customer's needs.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and complete deal documentation.
• Work toward individual and dealership finance performance goals.
• Help provide a seamless transition from vehicle selection through financing and final delivery.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

What You'll Do as a Finance Manager:

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
