Fountain is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A & AI Transformation to lead the evolution of our financial planning, analysis and automated reporting. You will partner with leadership to design AI-driven finance processes, build scalable dashboards, and deliver real-time insights that inform strategic decisions.

You’ll own forecasting, budgeting and key SaaS metrics, while connecting data across systems to enable faster, more accurate reporting for executives and investors.

Qualifikationen

• Strong foundation in FP&A, corporate finance or finance operations in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or AI-driven automation in a business setting.
• Recent use of AI to automate meaningful parts of work or team workflows.
• Solid financial modeling, SaaS metrics and management reporting knowledge.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations and data automation tools.

Aufgaben

• Own and improve forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and SaaS KPIs.
• Build scalable, automated management reporting across the business.
• Develop reporting for ARR, revenue, retention and unit economics.
• Lead integration and data workflow improvements across systems.
• Roll up your sleeves on financial modeling and AI-enabled process redesign.
