Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supervisory accounts payable experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Customer service orientation with interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Leadership and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AP, Expense Audit, and Travel team to high performance.
• Oversee daily AP operations: timely payment processing and issues.
• Meet financial deadlines and maintain service levels.
• Partner with Treasury and Procurement on cash flow planning.
• Deliver financial and KPI reports, budgets, and ad hoc reports.
• Maintain AP/expense/travel policies and internal controls.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support audits.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
• Lead onboarding for new acquisitions' AP/travel/payments.
• Manage budgets and provide strategic financial guidance.
• Monitor industry trends in payments and travel services.
• Oversee corporate travel programs and vendor negotiations.
• Administer corporate card programs and spend analysis.
• Provide executive travel support and expense auditing.
• Support events and other department initiatives.
