Trusteer Financial in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to support payroll, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close across multiple client accounts. This role emphasizes detailed execution, deadline-driven delivery, and growth toward broader client responsibilities within outsourced accounting services.

Reporting to an Accounting Manager, you will help maintain organized client files, implement efficient workflows, and contribute to the firm’s standardization efforts

Competenze

• 0–2 years of bookkeeping or staff accountant experience
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger processes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring deadlines

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Manage accounts payable workflows and vendor bill intake
• Manage accounts receivable (invoicing, collections, reconciliations)
• Maintain accurate books and records and post routine transactions
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Support monthly close process and open items tracking
