Job summary

Netlify is seeking a Finance Manager to own the core corporate finance cycle, from monthly reporting to planning, forecasting, and KPI oversight. You will strengthen operating models, drive automation with AI, and partner with GTM leaders to inform decisions.

This is a hands-on role with significant scope to improve process design and tooling as Netlify scales. You will manage the 3-statement model, scenarios, and budgeting, while ensuring alignment with US GAAP and accounting principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong modeling skills and scenario analysis.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly reporting cadence with operating models and variance analysis.
• Own the 3-statement operating model and driver-based forecast; implement structural changes as needed.
• Lead annual planning with templates, scenarios, and target setting.
• Build and maintain company-level KPI layer (ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC payback, Rule of 40).
• Develop scenario/sensitivity models for capital and headcount decisions.
• Own department-level budget tracking and serve as budget contact for leaders.
