Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking an experienced Corporate FP&A professional to lead planning, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy. You will own the 3-statement model, support capital allocation decisions, and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and business units.

You will drive AI-enhanced processes, produce leadership-ready analyses, and partner with the Head of Corporate Finance to deliver insightful financial narratives.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in corporate FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or similar analytical finance role.
• Strong financial modeler with 3-statement modeling skills.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented with analytical discipline and clear documentation.
• Clear communicator who can present and defend assumptions to leadership.
• Collaborative partner across Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and business units.
• Curious about automating, streamlining, and leveraging AI tooling.
• Based in New York City or willing to relocate; in-office Tue-Thu at SoHo headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning cycle end to end: monthly reporting, budget-vs-actual, forecasting, long-term planning, and ad hoc analysis.
• Contribute to Board materials and leadership reporting (Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews).
• Support systems enhancements to improve forecasting and reporting.
• Drive process improvements for transparency, scalability, and analytical rigor across Corporate FP&A.
• Support Enterprise Long-Term Planning (LTP) and Shape of P&L modeling for portfolio decisions.
• Own the corporate 3-statement model mechanics, integrity, and ongoing enhancements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs and maintain an 'always-on' model for growth and capital raising.
• Lead deep-dive analyses for strategic decisions, liquidity planning, and diligence with investors/lenders.
