Responsibilities

• Drive monthly reporting cadence with variance analysis and management reporting package.
• Own 3-statement operating model and driver-based forecast as business scales.
• Lead annual planning process with templates, scenario models, and assumptions alignment.
• Build and maintain company-level KPI layer (ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC payback, Rule of 40).
• Create scenario/sensitivity models for leadership on capital and headcount decisions.
• Oversee department-level budget tracking; point of contact for leaders on budget, headcount and software spend.
• Automate manual close/forecast tasks with AI and improved tooling to reduce cycle time.
• Partner with GTM leadership on sales planning and KPI tracking.
