We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, we’re looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.

What you’ll be doing:

This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways.

The Financial Manager assists in the leadership of the finance function by independently leading financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This position is pivotal to the financial stability and success of the company. The role is structured to work closely with the executive team, investors, and leadership to deliver recommendations, develop and execute financial plans and monitor financial performance. Key attributes of this role include the ability to communicate business results with executives, self-identification of areas of need, and a desire to develop de novo financial modeling and analysis.

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Communicate and interpret financial results to business unit leaders and demonstrate ability to present the big picture with executives.
    • Develop and implement financial reporting for operations and departmental leaders as well as executive leadership.
    • Manage and expand the incorporation of key performance indicators and business trends into financial forecasts.
    • Lead updating and improving monthly operating reports and executive presentations.
    • Produce and develop short-term and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Budgeting and Financial Controls
    • Assume responsibility for multiple regions and departments during the annual budgeting process.
    • Partner with the accounting team and business unit leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and budget variances, evaluate for improvement and corrective actions as necessary.
  • Financial Strategy and Decision Support
    • Lead financial analysis and provides guidance to support strategic decision making supporting key strategic programs and ventures.
    • Collaborate and present results to the executive team to evaluate potential investments and business opportunities
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to lenders and key stakeholders.
    • Coordinate the timing, review, and approval of financial reporting to external parties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
  • Graduate Degree preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in financial analysis
  • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel
  • Investment Banking experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
  • Ability and willingness to work occasional nights and weekends.

Compensation starting range for the Finance Manager role is $112,000 to $130,000. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
