Job description

LHH Executive Search, a division of the Adecco Group, is assisting an established consumer products company in the Raleigh area with a search for a Finance Manager. This position is onsite initially with a potential for hybrid flexibility, and no relocation will be offered.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, the Finance Manager will manage a team responsible for forecasting and planning the organization's revenue from retail relationships and other partnerships. This individual will be able to understand complex contracts and provide accurate financial reporting to Senior Management along with becoming a valued business partner to the Sales and Operations organizations.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Consumer Products/Retail/Pharmaceutical experience
• Understanding of complex contracts
• SAP experience is a must
• Managed and developed a team of high performers
