About the Role

We are partnering with a private equity-backed consumer products company with a long-standing reputation as being an innovator in their industry. We are partnering with the Director of Finance in finding a strategic, hands-on Senior Financial Analyst to join the organization's top business unit. The company is currently undergoing brand revitalization, ERP modernization, and product expansion with six new launches planned over the next year. The role offers high exposure to executive leadership and opportunities to influence financial systems and strategy.

Core Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis and reporting for the business unit
Conduct detailed tariff impact and pricing sensitivity studies
Manage cost center reporting, quarterly forecasting, and AOP planning
Provide supply chain finance and new product development support
Analyze product profitability and pricing strategy for upcoming launches
Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting while supporting ERP modernization
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive financial alignment
Provide monthly financial close support and assist in variance analysis

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably with ownership of product or operational P&L.
Demonstrated ability to streamline and improve financial processes
Expertise in Excel, including modeling and automation
Experience with PPV analysis, product financials, or PE-backed businesses is ideal
Highly collaborative, hands-on, and comfortable navigating change
Hybrid: 3 days in-office
