Job summary

Cochran Cars in Butler, PA seeks an experienced F&I Manager to drive financing solutions and upsell products at our Subaru showroom.

You will desk deals, coordinate with lenders, ensure compliance, and deliver contracts with speed and accuracy. A strong background in automotive finance and customer service is required; PA notary is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of automotive finance experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proven record of product sales and finance penetration.
• Strong relationships with lending institutions; references.
• PA Notary license a plus.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing for their purchases and present additional products.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability.
• Be proficient with title laws and registration process.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals are compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
