AutoFair Subaru, part of AutoFair Automotive Group, seeks an experienced F&I professional to join a high-performing team with strong sales volume and opportunities for advancement. The role rewards performance with an aggressive compensation package and extensive training.

The ideal candidate will structure deals for maximum profitability, be well-versed in title laws and registration, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Eagerness to improve
• Must have at least 2 years experience working in a dealership
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Finance experience is preferred
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license
