Job summary

CFS, based in Orlando, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead two FP&A professionals in a fully remote role. You will own monthly P&L reporting, variance analysis, and translate results into actionable insights for leadership across Finance, Operations, HR, and Sales.

You will build standardized dashboards and planning processes, mentor two direct reports, and partner with business leaders on forecasting and ad hoc financial analysis in a collaborative finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience.
• Experience managing or mentoring finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly P&L reporting and variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
• Translate financial results into actionable insights for leadership teams.
• Manage, mentor, and develop two direct reports.
